She has a passion for understanding markets through a human-centered approach in order to create new product and service offerings as well as brand experiences. For her sales and distribution channels are a moment of truth and a perfect way to deliver true value to customers. As an expert in category management she explores new ways to combine products and services with channels and partnerships in an unique way, to enhance the offer and the business.

She loves to challenge the status quo and to frame relevant questions to stretch our thinking. It is important to her to use one’s own creative potential and do things differently to think radically new, putting bold ideas into practice. She works with clients to understand their innovation challenges and turn those design projects into actionable solutions.

She collaborates with clients to understand people´s needs, reveals insights, and inspire innovative solutions for new products and better customer experiences. She combines her passion for details with her hybrid approach of blending qualitative and quantitative methods to understand functional, emotional and behavioral needs of people for whom FORSPIRE designs.

Daniela brings more than 8 years of experience in working and partnering with multinational corporations as well as small and medium sized companies in Switzerland, Germany and Italy. She speaks B2C and B2B fluently. Beside her activities at FORSPIRE, Daniela holds positions at Coca-Cola HBC Switzerland as National Innovation & Shopper Marketing Head and Head of Category Management & Insights.
