FULL BIO
For Katrin Tännler, effective collaboration and running a project are about much more than harmonious agreements or efficiency. For her, today´s complex challenges require teams to unearth bold ideas and embrace a new way of working – one that harnesses the power of collaboration and diverse perspectives as well as creative thinking to push past the obvious, safe solutions to the truly innovative ones.
As an internationally PMI®-certified Project Manager Katrin is designing and cultivating the right conditions, structures, and processes to support creative problem-solving and to run projects and challenges successfully. She keeps an eye on details but never loses the focus on the bigger picture.
Speaking to Katrin is always fascinating because her background is so diverse and full of exciting stories from being a detective at the Police in Baden-Württemberg to a criminal investigator at the European Commission in Brussels, to a project leader at Nestlé in Switzerland. She has a wide range of experience in running projects and cooperation professionally in multinational, complex and challenging environments. Prior to joining FORSPIRE, Katrin took responsibility at Nestlé Skin Health for running multinational marketing initiatives and to drive the innovation pipeline’s projects for Cetaphil for more than 30 countries.
Katrin never stops learning, so she currently attends the International Executive MBA Rochester-Bern to gain new perspectives and insight to solve challenges in an ever-changing world.
