Marc-André Singer is Founder and Managing Director of FORSPIRE. As Service and Business Designer, Marc-André Singer helps companies to reinvent themselves and connect human needs and market opportunities in new and meaningful ways. Two things let him thrive: an exercise that unlocks a completely new way of seeing an opportunity by bringing in his holistic reflections of a challenge, and the development and launch of a market-facing pilot that sets the stage for changing an experience, business model and whole organization.
With the courage to think differently, he supports a broad range of industries, from multinational corporations to medium-sized companies and agencies to break out of their usual industrial logic and to constantly develop or even reinvent themselves in a highly innovative environment. With a great passion for business design he helps organizations to drive growth, increase value and be more creative in this ever-changing world. He also helps organizations to understand people´s needs, reveal insights, and inspire innovative solutions for new products, services and systems and to operate in fundamentally human-centered ways.
Marc-André gained more than 15 years of experience as an executive and Managing Director in creative industries, strategy consulting and financial services where he worked and partnered with a long list of organizations that have profoundly changed their appearance and offering. Some of this work includes designing and establishing a new banking offer and app for a leading german online bank, driving the product re-launch and service experience of the Credit Suisse´s leading loyalty-programm Bonviva in Switzerland and taking responsibility for international branding and performance-driven marketing communication activities. Designing a business is always a matter of experience, so he created, launched and established several businesses.
What you won’t learn from my bio
In my spare time I am mostly in the mountains with my wife and our husky Kuma, exploring the alps and especially the different sceneries of Switzerland, always seeking new perspectives for taking pictures.
